A word about recyc-frigo
Hydro Quebec’s Recyc-Frigo program was set up as part of the utility’s global energy efficiency program. It seeks to recover and remove from the market some 300,000 refrigerators and freezers that are excessive in their energy consumption. The appliances must be functional, be over 10 years of age and be between 10 and 25 cubic feet in dimension. Additional information is available on the recyc-frigo.com website.
